Buscan a presunto ladrón parecido a actor de “Friends”

Blackpool police posted surveillance-camera footage asking for witnesses to identify their suspect, and thousands of social media users highlighted the suspect's likeness to Schwimmer's US sitcom character. The actor then responded with a Twitter video that shows him scuttling furtively through a convenience store clutching a carton of beer, and Schwimmer wrote: "Officers, I swear it wasn't me. As you can see, I was in New York." and he wished police well with the investigation. The Police have said Schwimmer is not part of their investigation, confirming that "David Schwimmer was in America on this date." (Blackpool Police via AP)

AP. Londres, Inglaterra. 25 de octubre de 2018.- La policía británica está buscando a un presunto ladrón parecido al personaje Ross Geller de la serie televisiva «Friends», interpretado por David Schwimmer.
Los usuarios de Facebook notaron el parecido cuando la policía divulgó un video tomado con las cámaras de vigilancia del sospechoso saliendo de un restaurante en Blackpool, noroeste de Inglaterra, cargando una caja con latas.
El actor respondió publicando un video en Twitter donde aparece caminando sospechosamente y cargando una caja de cerveza en una tienda.
«Agentes, juro que yo no fui. Como pueden ver, yo estaba en Nueva York», dijo el actor, quien le deseó lo mejor a la policía con la investigación.
La policía de Lancashire luego confirmó que «David Schwimmer estuvo en Estados Unidos en esa fecha».
